I’m Bill Goodwin, and I’ve worked in the mortgage industry since 2003. I help homebuyers, homeowners, and real estate investors work through financing decisions, from straightforward purchases to more complex loan scenarios.
My background includes an astrophysics degree from Clemson, an MBA in finance, and time in culinary school. That combination has shaped an approach grounded in analysis, attention to detail, and practical execution.
