I’m Jordyn Minton, Director of Operations and a licensed mortgage broker at Oak Capital Mortgage. I help clients understand their financing choices while supporting the coordination that keeps a loan moving through the process.
Buying or refinancing a home brings plenty of questions. I focus on clear communication, careful attention to documentation, and helping you understand what the lender needs at each stage.
Whether you’re a first-time buyer or an experienced real estate investor, I take time to understand your goals and provide personalized guidance. My operations role also lets me work closely with our team as we coordinate processing, underwriting, and the steps toward closing.
Outside of work, I enjoy getting outdoors and exploring nature. Helping people and making a positive difference are central to how I approach both my work and my life.
