I’m Kyler Carr, a residential mortgage broker based in Charlotte. My background spans finance, underwriting, and mortgage lending, giving me a practical understanding of how to evaluate a loan scenario and explain the path forward.
Before joining Oak Capital Mortgage, I worked with startup and national financial institutions, developing experience in loan structuring, relationship management, and underwriting. I bring that analytical approach to each client’s goals.
Whether you’re purchasing a home, refinancing, or investing in property, I focus on responsive communication, careful preparation, and helping you compare available financing choices. You’ll have a direct point of contact as questions arise throughout the process.
Outside of lending, I’ve enjoyed supporting organizations such as Gilda’s Club and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Building lasting relationships matters to me, both in my work and in the community.
